Question: Can I use it on Windows and/or Mac?
Answer: Yes our software is compatible with both operating systems
Q: “My Photoshop isn’t legit. Will I be able to use the software?”

Q: I want to use it on a desktop PC and a laptop. Is this possible?
A: Yes! You can install it on two computers at the same time.
FYI: you can always install it on a third computer, but then the system will log off from the first computer. If you install it on a fourth computer, it logs off from the second computer, etc.
Q: What does the “one year update license” means?
A: The one year update license means the following:
- Our software products remain usable with compatible Photoshops after the period of 1 year from the date of purchase
- However, updating to plugins for Photoshops released after the period of 1 year is only possible by renewing the update license
Question: If a new Photoshop version and a corresponding VisualGangster plugin is released within the 1 year period from the date of purchase, am I allowed to update to it?!
Answer: Yes! Any updates we release within a one year period can be downloaded, installed and used.
Question: Can I use the purchased plugin after the 1 year period with the Photoshop I had been using it with “originally” (within the 1 year period)?!
