We are compatible with PC and Macintosh systems
Usually if your PC or Mac can run Photoshop, than it can run our plugins too.
Currently compatible Photoshop versions:
- CC 2017 no longer supported >> 2021 May
- CC 2018 no longer supported >> 2022 february
- CC 2019 version is supported
- CC 2020 version is supported
- CC 2021 version is supported
- CC 2022 version is supported

- 200 MB free space on your disk drive
- Internet access (for software activation)
- 1366×768 minimum screen resolution (recommended: 1920 X 1080 > Full HD)
How can I find out which version of Visualgangster software/plugin is installed on my computer?
There are multiple methods, that are equaly good:
Method 1 >> Look into your software/plugin help file:
1. Start Photoshop >> open the plugin that you want to examine (down here you can see our Magic Sharpen plugin, but the method is the same, for any other plugin)
2. Click to the “HELP” button
3. In the help section >> scroll down to the very bottom, and there you see the version number of the plugin
Method 2:
Check the filename of the downloaded .ZXP file.
Above you can see the “MagicSharpen_1.8.0.zxp” file. That means this is the 1.8.0 version : – )
How can I find out which version of Photoshop is installed on my computer?
There are multiple methods, that are equaly good:
Method 1 >> Look into your START MENU IN WINDOWS
There you can find your version for example:
Adobe Photoshop 2022 is CC 2022
Method 2: After you start the Photoshop go to the HELP menu >> Inside the help menu choose: ‘About Photoshop … ‘ and after that you can see your Photoshop version in the pop up window.
